“We’ve had three days of hard quarantine in Mumbai, then a ten-hour long flight. Yesterday, too, we had a hard quarantine here. So, starting our skill sessions should’ve been a high risk for our guys. Today evening, we had a run, stretched out, squatted out, and this game (Footvolley) will help them bridge the gap between inactivity and skills. The schedule is such that we have to get going right away,” Desai said.
“We can do only so much to adjust to elevation here, which is 1400m, and we are coming from sea level. The guys will take 2-3 days to adapt to that.” India Vs South Africa Latest Update
