Rihanna eats a high protein breakfast, according to her personal chef, Debbie Solomon who told The Doctors four boiled eggs, a piece of toast (with no crusts) and a bowl of mixed fruit is one of her favourite meals to start the day.
2) She Loves Her Curves
Rihanna loves being “thick,” and is accepting of the sacrifices necessary for a bootylicious body. “You want to have a butt, then you have a gut,” she told British Vogue in 2018. “I’m about to get back into the gym and stuff, and I hope I don’t lose my” backside “or my hips or all of my thighs.
